You can have it as any time course like breakfast or dinner or could be carried in the Lunch box too. An ideal food for all age groups....
Rotis or Chappathis or Parathas made of Whole Wheat Flour 10 Broccoli florets from a normal size Broccoli Pressure cooked, peeled and diced potatoes from 2 potatoes Thinly sliced Onions 1 cup Bell peeper thinly sliced 1/2 cup ( I used Red one for good colour comb) Cumin seeds 1/2 tea spoon Finely chopped garlic 2 tea spoons Garam masala powder 1/4 tea spoon Cumin seed powder 1/2 tea spoon Red chilli powder 1 tea spoon Salt to taste Oil 2 tb spoons
How to make Broccoli Kati Roll?
Heat oil in a shallow frying pan. Saute it with cumin seeds. After they splutter add the onions and fry for a minute.
Then fry the garlics and bell peppers for a minute. Now add all the powders mentioned above and stir well. Add the Boiled potato pieces and mix well and then Put the Broccoli florets and fry for two minutes.
Check out for salt and spices. If needed add more. Keep the flame in medium and cook it for 5 minutes closing it with a lid. Then increase the flame and take off the lid.
Stir in high flame for some time and switch off the stove. Now the delicious stuffing is get ready to be rolled or wrapped in Chapatis.
