Heat a pan with oil. Saute it with mustard seeds, uradh dhal and cumin seeds. Add salt, chilli powder, turmeric powder and hing(or Garam masala powder) to the oil and stir it. Fry the onions for few minutes and add the chopped pumpkin pieces and mix well.
Keep the flame in medium and occasionally stir it. After the veggies are boiled, keep the flame in high and fry till the moisture evaporates fully. Sprinkle the corn flour and mix well. Garnish with curry leaves and serve.Bhojana Recipes 11/04/2014
