South Indian Chutney Special

Chutney is the Mandatory South Indian  accompaniment for most of the Traditional Break fast and Dinner items. We make them in different forms, ways and out of different ingredients. Coconut Chutney is the most preferred chutney for idli, dosa and vadais. Coconut chutney itself is made  in different types in different places. Even veggies are used to make nutritious lip smacking chutneys. The thick chutneys which are made to mix with rice for lunch are called as Thogayal inTamil nadu. Today I am giving the recipes for 15 chutney varieties made as side dish for idlis, dosas, vadais, pongal, upma and rotis...
